Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your knowledge of various technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to effectively support clients and projects, ensuring that the software solutions meet the required specifications and quality standards. You will collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and contribute to the overall success of the project.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in API Management.
- Strong understanding of RESTful services and API design principles.
- Experience with API documentation tools such as Swagger or Postman.
- Familiarity with API security protocols and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in API Management.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
