Summary:
As a Data Modeler, a typical day involves engaging closely with various stakeholders including business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects. The role focuses on understanding existing data structures and designing new data models that align with business needs and technical requirements. This position requires continuous collaboration to ensure data models support organizational goals and facilitate efficient data management and utilization across different teams and projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of data models to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align data strategies.
- Oversee the implementation of data modeling standards and best practices within the team.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and knowledge sharing to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data requirements and translate them into effective data models.
- Experience with relational and non-relational database design principles.
- Ability to work with data integration and data warehousing concepts to support enterprise data architecture.
- Familiarity with data governance and metadata management practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address data-related challenges and optimize data structures.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
