As a Data Platform Architect, a typical day involves designing and implementing the overall data platform framework, ensuring that all components work seamlessly together. This role requires close collaboration with various architects to align system integrations and data models, fostering a unified and efficient data environment. The position demands strategic planning and hands-on involvement in shaping the data infrastructure to support organizational goals and evolving business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of data platform strategies to enhance system performance and scalability.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data architecture objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAS Data Integration.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling principles and best practices related to data platform architecture.
- Experience in designing scalable and robust data integration solutions across complex environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize data workflows to improve efficiency and data quality.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and their integration with on-premises systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable data solutions.
