Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary:
As a Deployment Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the execution of a detailed deployment strategy that encompasses planning work schedules, managing budgets, and defining key performance metrics. The role requires close collaboration with various project teams to coordinate interdependent activities, ensuring all deployment efforts are harmonized. Monitoring progress and controlling the deployment plan are essential to maintain alignment and achieve project goals efficiently. This position demands proactive engagement with stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions and successful implementation across multiple facets of the project.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of deployment activities to ensure seamless integration and execution.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among diverse teams to resolve challenges and optimize deployment outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM.
- Strong expertise in deployment planning, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ability to monitor and control project progress using relevant metrics and reporting tools.
- Experience in cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Skilled in identifying and resolving complex deployment issues that impact multiple teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
