Project Role : DevOps Engineer
Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

Summary:
As a DevOps Engineer, a typical day involves designing and implementing new development tools and infrastructure to support software development processes. This role requires setting up and maintaining continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines, while ensuring the security and reliability of systems. The position also includes managing container orchestration environments and collaborating with various teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. The engineer continuously monitors and improves the infrastructure to support rapid development cycles and secure software releases.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices in DevOps processes to improve deployment frequency and reliability.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between development, operations, and security teams to ensure smooth delivery pipelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and automation tools related to Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies.
- Familiarity with container orchestration platforms and security best practices in cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize build and deployment pipelines for efficiency and security.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
