Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Analytics, Web Analytics, ABM, Data Visualization Platforms-Domo)
About the role
The Marketing Analytics Specialist will support Wolters Kluwer Health Learning and Practice and Health Research segments to make data-driven decisions. Our work as marketing analysts leads to an enhanced user experience, enabling our customers - healthcare students, educators, and practitioners– to focus on their education and research. This role will touch all aspects of marketing analytics lifecycle, including measurement strategy, data capture and reporting. The Marketing Analytics Specialist is naturally inquisitive and has creative ideas on ways to ask and answer business questions plus the technical capability to follow-through.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Build relationships and be an advocate for data-driven decisions and actions
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop Key Performance Indicators and enable scheduled and ad hoc reporting of those metrics
Design custom dashboards and reports that effectively present trends and key performance indicators using tools including Google Analytics/Looker, native Power BI, Domo and Demandbase.
Present actionable insights and prescriptive recommendations based on deep-dives into marketing data
Stitch data from across visitor touchpoints to tell a story about the visitor experience to drive cross-organization strategies and decisions
Perform administrative activities associated with the maintenance of Analytics platforms
Follow best practices to maintain and improve upon our marketing analytics ecosystem
Independent ownership of work and projects end-to-end paying close attention to detail while maintaining awareness of the global impact.

Job Qualifications
Experience:
3+ years in Marketing Analytics
Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics. Background in Domo, or any other data aggregator a plus, as well as experience in ABM platforms.
Understanding of Marketing Analytics data collection and configuration processes
Proficient user of all Microsoft tools especially Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and Teams
Ability to communicate potentially technical topics with individuals that are less technically inclined
Experience in designing and delivering analytics-based presentations and visualizations.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with advanced data aggregation or visualization platforms (e.g., Domo, Looker, Demandbase, or similar) to integrate multi-source marketing data.
Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) analytics, including measuring engagement and performance across target accounts.
Understanding of data governance, tagging strategies and analytics architecture, supporting scalable and reliable reporting.
Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks, including interpreting results and recommending optimizations.
Experience partnering with global or cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical approaches.
Ability to identify gaps in existing reporting and proactively recommend enhancements to measurement strategies.
