Director - Financial Due Diligence

Director - FDD

• Identification of key issues and carrying out the relevant financial analysis

• To lead multiple smaller & mid-size assignments from KGS and/ or assist in larger assignments reporting to onshore Director/ PMD, with their limited supervision

• Active and consistent participation as a Deal team member with high proficiency including usage and training of junior team members.

• Prepare, update, and review initial/supplemental document request list and manage gathered data effectively.

• Preparation of the proposal and scope of work as required by the engagement team(s).

• Participate and lead specific sections in management calls.

• Prepare high quality FDD Reports including review of sections written by other team members on the job

• Maintaining business contacts at PMD level (i.e. it is our expectation that Director will make a positive commitment to maintaining contact with people they meet on transactions, who may become important providers of work in the future)

• To contribute to the effective working of the team and development of team morale

To contribute to practice development initiative including people, team administration and solution development etc
