Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves delivering expert consulting services focused on guiding complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. The role includes advising organizations on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology-related costs, and identifying key value drivers. Additionally, the advisor develops and implements innovative technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with strategic objectives and market trends. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive impactful technology initiatives is a central aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align technology solutions with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio.
- Experience in designing and developing integrations using Workday Studio.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex platform issues.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of enterprise platform architecture and transformation methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Studio.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
