Execuitve - IT Operations
Good knowledge of L2/L3 EUC troubleshooting
Ensuring that all processes used by the IT ServiceDesk team are documented, consistently audited, and regularly improved.
Knowledge of IT Asset management
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure
End user knowledge of VC
Responsible for all day-to-day IT operational activities.
Responsible for end-to-end IT incident management and request fulfilment workflow including monitoring and tracking of tickets.
AV support
Any graduate or equivalent skills.
