rRole Description:
The Offer and Onboarding Management Process Owner is responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end process of generating job offers for new hires and for delivering a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new hires. The position requires strong collaboration with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and other stakeholders to maintain high standards and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
•Offer Process Ownership:
-Own and manage the job offer creation process, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
-Define and enforce process standards, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
•Onboarding Lifecycle Management
‾Create, track, and manage onboarding checklists to ensure all stakeholders complete tasks on time.
‾Ensure accurate and timely creation of new joiner records in the HRMS
•Pre-Joiner Engagement:
-Develop and execute engagement strategies to keep candidates informed and connected prior to joining.
-Share timely updates, welcome kits, and resources to reduce dropouts.
•Background Checks
-Manage the Background Verification (BGV) process, including initiation, follow‑ups, and closure to enable seamless Offer Management
-Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely execution of all BGV activities.
•Day 1 Preparation:
-Ensure all logistical, system, and documentation requirements are completed before the candidate’s first day.
-Coordinate with IT, facilities, and HR teams for smooth onboarding readiness.
•Seamless Joining Experience:
-Oversee and collaborate with L&D team for Day 1 activities, including orientation and induction programs.
-Ensure candidates have access to necessary tools, systems, and information from the start, providing post- joining support.
•Candidate Query Management:
-Act as the primary point of contact for candidate queries during pre-joining and onboarding phases.
-Provide timely and accurate responses to enhance candidate satisfaction.
•Reporting & Governance.
-Maintain dashboards and reports on offer creation metrics, compliance, and SLA performance and present findings and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
•Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience
•Proven experience in Talent Acquisition/ TA Support.
•Advanced proficiency in HR Systems including Application tracking systems (SuccessFactors Experience will be an added advantage)
•
Good written and verbal communication skills
•Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
•High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
•Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks and reports.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
