Role

As the Executive - New Product Support, you will be a part of the CE- India BU and will be reporting to Lead- New Product Support in the Global Learning Centre. The purpose of your role will be to provide feedback to CIT on serviceability improvements in the new products to improve product serviceability for process and parts to improve productivity and reduce cost.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. New Product improvement wrt, base model or identified issues during the PDx process for improvement in product and serviceability.
2. Ride Evaluations & IQC’s for improvement in the vehicle wrt NVH, driveability or fit and finish before mass production.
3. Ensure to arrange training by CIT / proprietary vendors on new features and technologies incorporated in vehicles for the GLC team.

A Day in the life

As the Executive- New Product Support, you will start your day by collating & designing review for serviceability of new products. You will also be responsible for ride evaluation and driveability of the new products. You will work closely with the CIT team to ensure training on new features and technologies incorporated in vehicles for the GLC team.

Academic Qualification & Experience

- Degree in Automobile Engg or higher
- 4-5 years of Experience in automotive industry

- Product knowledge / Industry knowledge
- Expertise in two wheeler riding
- Profieciency in MS Office, Corel Draw, PLM application, Photoshop
- Technical/Commercial Skills
