Roles & responsibilities
Role Summary
The Associate Consultant supports day-to-day Procurement Operations Desk activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. The role focuses on operational support, issue resolution, SLA adherence, and continuous service improvement under the guidance of senior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Operations Support
•Execute and support procurement operations activities across Req to PO processing, including PR review, PO creation, changes, and cancellations,•Provide Helpdesk support for users and suppliers; log and resolve tickets within SLAs•Assist users with Ariba navigation, requisitions, POs, and catalogs.•Support supplier onboarding and catalog enablement activities.•Process user access requests (adds, changes, removals) per role definitions•Handle service desk tickets, user queries, and operational issues within defined SLAs.•Perform transactional reviews, validations, and first-level escalations.
Tool & Process Execution
•Work on procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or similar tools.•Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to process documentation and updates.•Support data uploads, reporting, and master data activities as required.
Stakeholder Support
•Interact with business users, vendors, and internal teams for issue resolution.•Provide clear, professional communication on ticket status, resolutions, and process guidance.
Continuous Improvement
•Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.•Participate in KT, training, testing, and transition activities.This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
•Post-Graduate/MBA preferred•Graduate from reputed institute•Any certifications on related technology/platform will be preferred.
Required Skills & Experience
•3–5 years of experience in Procurement Operations or Shared Services.•Good understanding of P2P / S2P processes.•Hands-on experience with procurement systems (SAP Ariba preferred).•Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
