Your Key Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities 

This role is for OFF ROLL position
• Responsible for handling OEM’s Customer Portal (DI, Nagare, forecast, ASN, EDI, GRN,PO & PO Amendments).
• Responsible for Order Management for OES Customers & DI adherence.
• Responsible for internal & customer SCM follow ups.
• Responsible for MIS & KPI Monitoring.
• Responsible for Material Planning based on the Customers Backorder.
• Responsible for MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
• Responsible for alignment of Kitting Operation Planning for the Warehouse team.
• Responsible for availability of Packaging material for Kitting operations.
• Responsible for OES Customer Account Receivables, Supplementary Preparation/DN Preparation
• Responsible for Sales Service activities

Your Qualifications

• Graduation/Diploma in Business Administration
• 4-6 years of experience in Sales/Customer Service, preferably in Automotive Industry
• Strong MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) skills and SAP – SD & MM Module
• Strong communication skills - Preferably multi-lingual (English, Hindi and regional
language)
