Responsibilities

As an Intern your role is to understand numbers, extract meaningful insights, and drive innovative business solutions; this will also include building robust data pipelines, ensure data quality & develop visualizations that make the stories hidden within the data transparent. Your key responsibilities include -

Keen interest to learn and develop capability in Research & Policy advocacy to appreciate the impact and importance of work to be done under this role

• Good communication and documentation skills, and an executive presence to create impact
• Interest to develop understanding of medical devices industry in India
• Support in the activities of Government Affairs function, events and engagements
• Ability to co-ordinate in multi stakeholder environment with key functions and businesses
• Coordinate with industry associations under guidance of Government Affairs head on need basis
• Understand the business requirements to develop draft papers / documents/ minutes of meeting/ to explain a policy issue and frame recommendations
• Track Government Affairs functional activities, issues and developing monthly report/ presentations for internal stakeholders
• Ability to manage interaction with business stakeholders and others within the organization
• Learn and develop business acumen and articulation skills; ability to capture business needs and translate into a solution

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in public policy

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
