Head of Capability Hubs
Position Overview
The Head of Capability Hubs at KDNI will be responsible for the strategic leadership, development, and operational excellence of our global capability hubs. This role demands a visionary leader who can drive innovation, foster collaboration, and ensure the hubs deliver critical expertise, resources, and solutions that align with KDNI’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the establishment and growth of KDNI’s capability hubs across multiple regions.
- Lead, inspire, and manage multidisciplinary teams within each hub to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to identify capability gaps and implement solutions that support business goals.
- Establish best-in-class processes, tools, and frameworks to ensure the hubs deliver measurable value and operational efficiency.
- Drive a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and professional development across all capability hubs.
- Monitor and report on hub performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs and strategic objectives.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the hubs, fostering an environment where all team members can thrive.
- Oversee resource allocation, budget planning, and risk management for the hubs’ operations.
- Represent KDNI’s capability hubs at internal and external forums, building the organization’s reputation as a leader in capability development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Significant leadership experience in managing large, geographically dispersed teams and capability centers.
- Proven track record of driving transformation, operational excellence, and innovation in a complex organizational environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is highly desirable.

Location
This role will be based in Dublin, with flexibility for global travel as required.
