Responsibilities

  • Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in financial advisory, procurement, or project/PPP management 

  • Mandatory experience of leading or participating in at least 9 PPP projects in infrastructure / tourism sectors 

  • Strong experience in transaction advisory, bid process management, and contract structuring 

  • Experience working with Government departments, PSUs, or statutory authorities is essential 

  • Exposure to preparation of RFPs, financial models, concession agreements, and bid evaluation 

Mandatory Skill sets:

The candidate must demonstrate expertise in: 

  • Financial analysis and PPP transaction advisory 

  • Procurement strategy, bid documentation, and bid process management 

  • Business case development and project viability assessment 

  • Coordination with government stakeholders, approval committees, and investors 

  • Project monitoring and reporting at senior management level 

Preferred Skill Sets

• Experience working with Government departments, PSUs, or statutory authorities is essential • Exposure to preparation of RFPs, financial models, concession agreements, and bid evaluation
