As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Project Delivery & Execution (Non-Technical) 

Manage SAP projects end-to-end including planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting.  Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.  Ensure delivery governance across SAP transformation programs (ECC to S/4HANA, rollouts, upgrades, AMS transitions, etc.).  Oversee vendor/partner delivery performance and ensure SLA compliance. 

2. PMO Governance & Standards  Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, templates, and documentation standards.  Own project dashboards, project health indicators, RACI matrices, and communication plans. 

Facilitate program governance meetings, stage gates, and steering committee reviews. Maintain RAID logs, financial trackers, project registers, and status reports. 

3. Stakeholder Management & Communication 

Act as the primary coordination point between:  

Business teams 

SAP functional consultants 

SAP technical teams 

Integration partners 

Leadership stakeholders 

Translate business requirements into structured documentation without owning design.  Drive alignment and resolution on cross-functional dependencies. 

4. SAP Domain Awareness (Bridge Role Only) 

Use SAP functional understanding only for:  

Reviewing high-level requirements 

Understanding integration impacts 

Providing context to business/non-technical leadership 

Supporting UAT planning and cutover coordination 

Zero hands-on SAP configuration, testing, or solution design. 

5. Reporting & Analytics 

Develop executive-level dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Smartsheet, Excel, MS Project. 

Track budgets, forecasts, effort, burn rates, and resource utilization. 

Facilitate audits, documentation compliance, and quality assurance.
