Job Description & Summary:

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Lead finance transformation projects to optimize and automate finance processes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. 

  • Collaborate with finance and IT teams to integrate transformational initiatives into existing financial systems and processes. 

  • Analyze current financial operations, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to manage finance transformation initiatives effectively. 

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards while implementing new processes and technologies. 

  • Communicate effectively with executive leadership, providing updates on project progress, potential risks, and proposed solutions 

 

Mandatory skill sets: 

 

  • Strong expertise in shaping and leading complex outsourcing deals and digital finance transformations. 

  • Profound understanding of ERP systems, AI and GenAI tools, and their application in financial transformations. 

  • Proven ability to architect finance roadmaps, deploy digital solutions, and automate financial processes across various industries. 

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of delivering end-to-end transformation solutions. 

Preferred skill sets: 

  • Experience with cross-functional redesign and integration projects covering finance, procurement, and supply chain processes. 

  • Familiarity with embedded spend analytics and the optimization of cost structures. 

  • Advanced knowledge of performance management principles and budgeting frameworks. 

Years of experience required: 

15+ years
