Job Description & Summary: 

This role provides an opportunity to make a career in Human Resources and work for the Assurance line of service. The focus is on helping the Assurance HC leader manage and deliver QMSE and other national projects for the Assurance Line of service.  

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Act as the single point of contact for QMSE related work for Assurance HC. Tasks include:- 

  • Perform risk assessment for HC in consultation with the QMSE Lead/Assurance HC leader 

  • Perform risks to control mapping for HC in consultation with the QMSE lead/Assurance HC leader 

  • Manage process and policy documentation in Service Now 

  • Perform ongoing monitoring, to ensure timely identifications of red flags and highlight them to QMSE lead/Assurance HC leader for corrective actions and for driving improvement in HC processes 

  • Collaborate with extended HC teams, e.g. TA, HC operations and other CoEs, in driving and executing QMSE related actionables.  

  • Manage QMSE audits, NFRA audits, and other audits, as applicable. Prepare and represent HC in such Audits.  

  • Implement and execute special/national HC projects within the line of service, in conjunction with the Assurance HC Leader  

  • Proactively discuss and propose new HR initiatives/processes to the Assurance HC leader  

  • Collaborate with Assurance HC leader to act on the changing needs and priorities of business and develop an appropriate HR strategy to meet business objectives 

  • Work closely with the BU HC team in driving the people agenda for the practice

  • Understanding of general HC policies and processes 

  • Usage of AI in driving projects

  • Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word 

Years of experience required: 

10+ years

MBA, PGDBM
