Summary:
As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will engage with client project teams to offer your expertise in various domains, ensuring that the design and delivery of solutions are successful. Your typical day will involve collaborating with diverse teams, analyzing project requirements, and providing insights that drive effective decision-making and project outcomes. You will play a crucial role in guiding teams through complex challenges, leveraging your knowledge to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and provide strategic guidance to ensure alignment with client objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable applications.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
