Summary:
As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, a typical day involves collaborating closely with client project teams to offer specialized knowledge and guidance. This role focuses on ensuring that solutions are designed and delivered effectively by integrating functional, technical, and industry insights. The position requires active engagement with various stakeholders to align project objectives and facilitate smooth execution, contributing to the overall success of client initiatives through expert advisory and support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with complex issues.
- Continuously update and refine expertise to stay aligned with evolving industry standards and client needs.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeam Backup and Replication.
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery strategies and best practices.
- Strong understanding of data protection and recovery processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to backup infrastructure.
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms and their integration with backup solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Veeam Backup and Replication.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
