We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investments team at Mercer, a Marsh Business. This role will be based in Gurgaon/ Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Manager Research (Quant analyst - Fixed Income)

We are seeking Quants Analyst to join our dynamic investment team for supporting Fixed Income manager research team. This role involves performing quantitative due diligence and supporting investment decision-making through rigorous data analysis and reporting.

You will work closely with investment teams to analyse performance data across multiple markets and regions, prepare detailed reports, and support investment committees with insightful analytics.

We will count on you to:

• Track and analyse monthly and quarterly investment performance
• Perform detailed quantitative due diligence on investment strategies
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports for internal and client use
• Create and maintain performance charts and data visualizations for research and client presentations
• Conduct ad hoc analytical research to support investment decision-making
• Collaborate with investment teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of performance data

What you need to have:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Previous experience in investment analysis or quantitative research
• Ability to work with large datasets and create clear visualizations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills to present complex data clearly
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
