Roles & responsibilities
·Possess a strong understanding of key financial metrics such as revenue, expenses, FTE, headcount, utilization, DSO, margin, pipeline, and bookings, and use these to generate actionable insights for planning and operations
·Demonstrate solid accounting knowledge, including journal entries and their impact on the P&L and balance sheet
·Conduct detailed analysis and reconciliation of general ledgers and intercompany accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
·Review financial reports and provide meaningful variance analysis to improve transparency and support strategic decision-making
·Lead financial projects end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and achievement of expected outcomes
·Drive process improvements and implement automation in reporting to enhance efficiency and standardization
·Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring alignment of deliverables with business objectives
·Handle escalations and performance-related discussions for KGS teams, working closely with onshore stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure proper documentation

Work experience
·Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) and advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are highly desirable, especially those with a focus on UK finance and taxation
·Understanding of tools such as MS Excel, Power BI,SQL, Alteryx, VBA will be an added advantage
·Proven track record of managing transitions and integrating new roles effectively from US Geo
·13+ years relevant experience which should be mix of Financial accounting, management accounting and FP&A.
·Proven track record in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service.
·Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
·Provide real-time support to US stakeholders, starting at 3 PM IST, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
