Employee Life Cycle Lead: The Employee Life Cycle Lead is responsible for managing and optimizing all HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to exit. This role ensures seamless execution of HR activities, compliance with policies, and delivery of a positive employee experience. The position requires strong collaboration with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and other HR teams to maintain operational excellence and support strategic HR initiatives.
•End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management:-Own all employee lifecycle transactions (confirmation, transfers, promotions, leave, exits)-Ensure timely and accurate execution of all lifecycle activities as per organizational policies.-Ensure error‑free, audit‑ready transactions, maintaining standardized workflows and quality checkpoints.•Employee Data Management:-Lead Position Management activities including job data updates, organizational structure alignment, and master data accuracy.-Maintain 99%+ accuracy of HR master data, ensuring governance, version control, and periodic validation.-Manage employee self-service (ESS), documentation, and digital records, ensuring completeness and timely updates.-Oversee HR system configuration and access controls, ensuring compliance with security, role-based provisioning, and change governance.•Vendor Invoicing & Governance:-Validate vendor SLAs, invoices, and billing to ensure accuracy, contractual compliance, and timely payments.-Ensure accuracy and governance by reconciling records, resolving discrepancies with vendors, and driving process improvements to strengthen billing accuracy and streamline invoicing workflows, compliance monitoring.•Compliance & Audit:-Ensure end-to-end compliance with organizational policies, labor laws, and data privacy requirements.-Own audit readiness, including documentation upkeep, process adherence, and closure of audit observations within defined timelines.-Ensure compliance during transfers, promotions, separations, and full & final settlements.•Offboarding Management-Own separation workflows and F&F settlement processing, ensuring 100% SLA compliance on timeliness and accuracy.-Enhance employee experience during exit through smooth coordination, documentation, and closure-Monitor exit workflows and compliance checkpoints to ensure smooth offboarding, timely closure of activities, and adherence to organizational policies.•Process Optimization & Automation:-Drive digitization, workflow automation, and process optimization, delivering measurable efficiency gains and reduced manual effort.-Identify and implement automation opportunities across lifecycle operations.•Reporting & Analytics:-Own lifecycle dashboards, operational KPIs, and governance reports, ensuring timely, accurate, and insight‑driven delivery.-Track SLA, TAT, accuracy, and compliance metrics to drive continuous improvement.•Minimum 8- 10 years of experience•Must have experience in Employee Life Cycle operations/management•Experience working with Success Factors/HR Tech•Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements•Advanced proficiency in systems across HR technology landscape•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.•Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.•High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information.•Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks and reports.•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-pacedenvironment.•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or related field. Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA) in HR.
