Role Purpose
The role is responsible for thematic audit activities and processes, ensuring adherence to all audit guidelines and checklists and prepare reports based on findings from audits in alignment with the values and objectives of the organization.
Role Accountability
- Perform audit activities as designated (including but not limited to testing, sampling) etc. within the defined TAT
- Ensure compliance with the Audit Manual, Audit Checklist, Auditing Standards and Legal as well as regulatory requirements etc. while performing all activities
- Prepare audit reports based on observations noted
- Conduct analysis to identify root cause of deficiencies highlighted in audits
- Coordinate with Data Analytics team to identify new triggers and take inputs with respect to breach of any trigger
- Highlight audit findings and process improvement opportunities to Spot audit manager
- Maintain all process documentation practices in compliance with the process guidelines
Measures of Success
- % of all the audits, follow-up audits, and report issuance completed within specified timeframes during the year / half year / quarter
- Number of risk triggers identified
- Analyze audit results to identify early warning indicators
- Closure of ATR observations as per defined TAT
- Timely and accurate updating of process documentation
- Process Adherence as per MOU
Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications
- Strong understanding of processes/internal audit/risk/compliance activities

Qualification
CA/ MBA / ICWA / CIA, or graduate with experience in internal audit
