Nursing Supervisor -Wards
- Responsible for supervising nursing staff in hospital wards to ensure quality patient care. - Oversee daily ward operations, coordinate nursing activities, and maintain standards of care. - Act as a liaison between nursing staff and hospital management to implement policies. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and patient safety protocols. - Support training and mentoring of junior nursing staff to enhance skills and performance. - Monitor patient care documentation and assist in resource management within wards. - Facilitate communication among multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. - Requires leadership skills, clinical knowledge, and ability to manage ward-based nursing teams effectively.Job role
