Senior Consultant - Primary Market Research

Primary Market Research Senior Consultant

Main duties:

· Recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems

· Proactively develops broader and deeper knowledge of QC checks across all teams through job experience and participation in training opportunities

· Online survey testing

· Setting up data exports in the required format, assuring the exports contain all necessary data

· Running daily and post fieldwork reports

· Quality control of the data files using the SPSS script or Excel macros and applying corrections according to Data Processing Guidelines

· Coding of the open ended answers in the data

· Guidelines and documentation creation and maintenance

· Cooperation with analysts, project managers and data management team members in the online survey development

Skills and requirements:

· Masters Degree in Sociology, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field

· At least 5 years of experience in PMR industry

· Fluent English (written and spoken - FCE level or higher) is a must

· Possesses solid project management skills and client influencing and relationship building skills

· Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically MS Excel

· Excellent SPSS skills and experience with Confirmit/ Codeit or any other survey software is a plus

· Understanding of PMR data structure, PMR questionnaires, ability to run/ create tools for data checks, Savvy with Python

· Good attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organizational abilities

· Excellent communications skills

· Ability to manage most complex projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines
