Principal Director & HOD Lap GI, GI Onco, Bariatric & MIS Surgery
- Lead and oversee the departments of Laparoscopic Gastrointestinal Surgery, Gastrointestinal Oncology, Bariatric Surgery, and Minimally Invasive Surgery. - Responsible for strategic planning, clinical excellence, and operational management within the surgical specialties. - Requires strong leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure high standards of patient care. - The role demands expertise in advanced surgical techniques and the ability to drive innovation in surgical procedures. - Ideal candidate will have extensive experience in GI surgery and related sub-specialties. - Position is based in Gurgaon, requiring collaboration with hospital administration and clinical staff. - The role involves mentoring junior surgeons and contributing to research and development in surgical practices. - Requires excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate complex surgical cases and departmental activities.Job role
