About the role
As a Principal Engineer, you will be the first level of technical escalation for M365 & Intune. We will count on you to be an expert in M365 portal administration and very good understanding of license and subscription. Along the way, you will get to:
- Serve as the final escalation point for complex Microsoft 365-related incidents, problems, and service requests.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve critical issues impacting the availability and performance of Microsoft 365 services.
- Design and implement advanced configurations in Microsoft Exchange Online, including hybrid deployments and advanced mail flow scenarios.
- Perform mailbox migrations and implement high-availability solutions.
What we’re looking for
- Extensive experience in a Level 3 support role with a focus on Microsoft 365 services.
- Certifications such as SC-300, MS-100 , MS-101, MS-700, ITIL are highly desirable.
- Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
