Job Description

• Development of base models, collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
• Model calibration and validation.
• Demand assessment, Hydraulic modelling, and design of proposed infrastructure.
• Planning of future network and optioneering in integration with existing infrastructure.
• You will be responsible for preparation of technical reports, memo and prepare presentations.
• Engineer shall co-ordinate with Project Manager and Assistant Engineer/Principal Engineer/Technical Manager and be primarily involved in delivering the scheduled tasks in the form of design calculations and drawings.
• You shall co-ordinate & collaborate with his/her counterparts across the globe & in India while working on national/international projects.

Qualifications

We are seeking a stormwater management engineer with 9–12 years’ experience on UK projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate: 

• Strong knowledge of UK standards and regulations for drainage and surface water management  
• Proven experience on UK highway, transport, and urban development projects  
• Ability to independently manage project deliverables  
• Experience in task management, including work delegation, resource and budget planning, and conducting quality checks  
• Hands-on expertise with InfoDrainage/ MicroDrainage (mandatory)  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and AutoCAD 2D (preferred)  
• Experience delivering schemes to detailed design stage, with exposure to later-stage project phases (preferred)
