Product Owner
Project Role : Product OwnerProject Role Description : Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Summary:
As a Product Owner, a typical day involves championing the product vision by deeply understanding and representing the customer's perspective. This role requires continuously shaping and prioritizing the product roadmap and backlog to align with evolving client needs. The day is filled with collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of valuable solutions. Regularly gathering and analyzing feedback helps to validate ideas and adapt strategies, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. The role demands a balance of strategic foresight and hands-on engagement to guide the product toward success while maintaining a human-centered design focus.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing product backlogs and roadmaps with a focus on delivering customer value.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with human-centered design principles and iterative feedback processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle Financials.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
