Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating cross-functional planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. Throughout the day, the lead monitors testing progress, manages defect resolution, and ensures that quality processes are effectively applied to meet project goals. Collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders is a key aspect, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across the organization.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to align testing activities with project timelines and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective quality assurance processes.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
