Responsibilities:
- Streamline pricing and quoting through CPQ implementation
- Automate processes using Apex, batch classes, and triggers to enhance system performance
- Provide deployment support, system enhancements, and day-to-day support
- Configure Email-to-Case for efficient customer support management
- Specialize in Copado for Salesforce DevOps, focusing on Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
- Serve as Release Manager using Copado, deploying CPQ components, and proficient in metadata and data migration deployment in Copado
- Implement and configure Conga Composer to streamline document generation
- Execute DocuSign implementation and configuration for secure electronic signature processes
- Manage basic billing operations and invoicing using Salesforce Billing
- Enhance approval processes and billing functionalities
- Perform PMD fixes on Salesforce test classes and Apex classes to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
