We are looking for a role that ensures that CEAC client and engagement acceptances/continuances and maintain compliance with KPMG policies, Global GQRM standards and local regulatory requirements. The role involves testing and evidencing the CEAC systems compliance through performing SoQM (Standards of Quality Management) controls along with analyzing and producing data reporting’s to appropriate teams to use as evidence for SoQM controls.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Provide general Client/Engagement Acceptance and Continuance support across the firm, additionally provide support for other connecting internal tools where applicable
•Ensure SoQM controls are performed in a timely manner and deadlines are achieved. Perform remediation measures where applicable and seek necessary approvals.
•Creating and providing scheduled data reports for other teams to use as evidence in SoQM controls.
•Assure global deadlines and baseline compliance are adhered to for Global Bulletins, UAT Testing and any other communicated changes.
•Provide training to appropriate people on changes to the Client/Engagement Acceptance and Continuance tool as well as new connecting tools.
•Regular communication with the KPMG Global team to assist in escalating issues that cannot be resolved locally.
•Maintaining the compliance of internal systems.
Educational qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in finance, Law, Business, or related field.•Work experience
•8+ Years of experience in AML, compliance, or clientonboarding
•2+ years of team handling/management
Preferred technical & functional skills
•Knowledge of Luxembourg AML rules / regulations.•Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.•Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality assessments/ Risk identification and assessment
•Good communication and collaboration skills for working withKYC and AML Teams
•Simple risk analysis (PEP, UBOs, sanctions).•Good management of projects and deadlines•Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, validations),PowerPoint for governance & quality reporting packs.
•Familiarity with structured reporting templates used for auditsand inspections
