Roles & Responsibilities:

• Some experience in a PMO organization, project management capacity is preferred
• Coordination and project management support for key operations projects withing Global Digital HR operations. This may include but is not limited to: 
  • coordinating and providing admin support for data privacy reviews with Global Risk and Global Technology teams for all applications managed by the Digital HR team
  • providing necessary PM support for Talent projects
  • providing necessary PM support for other COE projects 
  • providing necessary PM support for urgent ad-hoc projects
  • working with stakeholders to coordinate and collate progress reports across all projects and operations 
  • Maintaining risk and issues log and backlog across the projects and operations

Educational qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong written English 
• Good collaboration and analytical skills
• Stakeholder Management
• Understanding basic Project Management principles 
• Understanding basic Agile principles
• Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint 
• Basic MS-Forms, MS-Teams, MS-Project / Clarizen (optional)
