Role Purpose

The role is responsible to handle the service delivery and Operations of Data Lake and Legacy Data Marts of SBI Card in alignment with the project scopes and functional best practices.

Role Accountability 

1. Act as the Solution architect for multiple use cases and data modules for data lake and Data Marts
2. Handle and prioritize multiple business use cases in parallel where data/reports need to be developed with specific timelines
3. Review and maintain activities of all DATA Marts
4. Ensure Data Lake Cluster maintenance, daily review of health metrics and patching activities
5. Take care for all V+ data loads on Datamart and Turbine
6. Take care of all Daily/Monthly reports shared to Business
7. Understand user requirement RFP, deciding source system and approach to achieve it, timelines and cost
8. Day to day Resource and cost Management by working closely with various vendors
9. Maintain all process documentation practices in compliance with the process guidelines

1. Service Delivery of Data Lake and Legacy Data Marts
2. Operations Management of the sub vertical
3. Voice of customer from stakeholders
4. Serviceability and uptime of applications as per defined SLAs
5. Timely and accurate updation of process documentation
6. Process Adherence as per MOU

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

1. Knowledge of Python, R, SQL, spark, Scala, Hive, Pig, Hue, APIs, Spring Boot and other related languages
2. Knowledge of Monitoring Tools and Log Management Tools
3. Knowledge of Oracle, SQL, Big data technologies like Cloudera, Hadoop, ETL systems and Kafka
4. Desired certifications AWS Solution Architects
