Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Program Analyst - IT

Job Family: IT – Application Development

Management Level: Senior Individual Contributor

Location: India – Gurgaon/Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Role Purpose

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.

The role contributes to business-critical platforms while upholding QBE engineering standards and values, acting as a senior technical contributor and mentor.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack applications using HTML, CSS, React.js, and ASP.NET Core

• Design and build secure RESTful APIs and backend services

• Apply clean architecture and engineering best practices

• Participate in code reviews and improve code quality

• Follow SDLC, Agile, and CI/CD practices

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to documentation

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong React.js and modern JavaScript experience

• Strong ASP.NET Core / .NET backend experience

• SQL and relational database expertise

Experience

• 3–5 years of professional full stack focused development experience

• Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline

• Master’s degree or relevant technical certifications are a plus

• Equivalent practical experience will be considered in lieu of formal education
