Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) or Security Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with development, implementation, and support of SAP GRC products mainly Access Control and Process Control. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of existing SAP GRC and Security systems, focusing on user access controls, segregation of duties (SoD), and overall risk management processes.

• Design and document the transition roadmap for migrating SAP GRC and Security processes to SAP S/4 HANA. Ensure that governance, risk, and security measures are aligned with best practices and business requirements.

• Lead the process of evaluating and improving the Frequency of User Execution (FUE) calculations, ensuring that all user activities and role assignments are accurate, secure, and comply with internal policies and external regulations.

• Provide expertise and guidance in the configuration and testing of SAP GRC solution to improve governance and compliance monitoring.

• Ensure proper integration of SAP GRC and Security modules with other SAP solutions as part of the S/4 HANA transition, ensuring consistency across modules and smooth business operations.

• Recommend effective reporting mechanisms for governance, risk, and compliance, ensuring that business leaders have visibility into key security metrics and compliance risks.

Lead workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on SAP GRC and security best practices

• Graduation (BCOM, BE / BTech, Similar education related to IT) / Post Graduation (MBA /PGDM / MCA / MTech)
• ICWA/CA Final as a qualification is preferred
