What you will do :
- Work with owner to influence specifications and promote Johnson Controls’ products and capabilities.
- Assist operations team to submit quotation as required.
- Conduct market survey, make marketing and sales presentations to owners as required. Coordinate with the Service Department for maximum results.
- Maintain existing customers and continue to develop new customers.
- Resolve all differences between our customers on contracts matters, expectations, etc.
- Prepare proposal, drawings, and quotations as required for customers.
- Secure orders, write out plan margin and work with operations team for commitment.
- Maintain a record of all jobs tendered or quoted. Furnish the weekly updated list to Business Manager.
- Provide weekly activities report to the Business Manager.
- Plan and strategize marketing and sales.
- Follow-up with customers for collections.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, OR
- Associate/2‑year degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, OR
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Must have knowledge in Building Service, BAS, Fire Alarm & Security Systems
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 4. Need to travel as and when required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Working knowledge of sales tools, processes, and technologies.
- Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly to sales stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
