JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking for Business Analyst who is accountable for developing, supporting and managing the system.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Be involved and participate in the overall application lifecycle
• Focus on coding and debugging
• Collaborate with development and Business teams
• Build high-quality reusable code that can be used in the future
• Develop functional and sustainable web applications with clean codes
• Troubleshoot and debug applications

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

EXPERIENCE

• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, specifically with ServiceNow implementation projects
• Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Service Catalog).
• responsible for gathering requirements, mapping processes, conducting gap analysis, and ensuring ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, CSM, FSM and Scoped apps) are implemented efficiently to meet organizational goals. 
• Gather business requirements and translating them into functional specifications, epics, and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand their goals, guiding them on out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality, and challenging custom enhancement requests to minimize technical debt.
• Creating test scenarios, collaborating with QA teams, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that functionality meets business needs.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Required Knowledge of ServiceNow, workflow optimization, process modeling, ServiceNow configuration (ITSM),
• Excellent communication skills, Analytical skills
