What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable, reliable SaaS applications from concept to deployment
• Translate business requirements into technical designs
• Deliver features end-to-end with ownership
• Solve complex software challenges through innovation
• Contribute to code quality through peer reviews
• Mentor and develop junior engineers
• Collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
• 2+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong expertise in front-end technologies (JavaScript, Node, React)
• Enterprise web application development (Java, Kotlin, Spring)
• Solid fundamentals in OOP, data structures, and algorithms
• Proficiency in SDLC and agile methodologies
• CI-CD principles and tools knowledge
• Good to have: AWS cloud experience, server-side design patterns, collaborative mindset with feedback incorporation
