About the Role

As a Solution Lead, you'll design transformative service proposals that shape how SAP's customers adopt cloud solutions. Working with subject matter experts and sales teams, you'll craft compelling, outcomes-driven proposals that clearly articulate business value and investment requirements. Your expertise will directly influence customer adoption speed and effectiveness of SAP Cloud solutions and AI capabilities for digital transformation.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with customers to understand strategic needs and guide them toward optimal SAP services
• Develop comprehensive proposals across SAP’s solution portfolio for diverse scenarios (conversions, greenfield deployments, etc.)
• Drive business impact by accelerating AI adoption and cloud consumption through expert solutioning
• Engineer delivery strategies centered on measurable outcomes and scalable, automated models
• Support continuous improvement in the solutioning process to elevate proposal quality and efficiency

 

What You Bring

• 7+ years of IT experience - track record in services delivery in a cloud/SaaS environment, ideally for SAP solutions
• Project management capabilities with experience leading software implementations
• Strong business acumen - interpret financials and business drivers
• Proven customer focus - translate complex requirements into clear, outcome-based business proposals
• Ability to lead virtual teams of subject matter experts in commercial context
• Analytical and decision-making skills - quickly synthesizing information to drive informed advice
• Strong communication across multiple formats (written, verbal)
• Working proficiency with AI tools
• Fluent in English
• Comfortable working in a global, matrix organization
• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s prefferd
