We are seeking a talented individual to join our Wealth Operations team at Mercer.This role will be based in GGN / Noida. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

What can you expect?

The purpose of this job is to deliver high quality business analyst solutions that enable valued business outcomes and informed decisions by key stakeholders. It contributes to ensuring that the Delivery function meets the needs of the organization and clients / customers.

• Expertise in Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle
• Expertise in Benefit Calculation Configuration – Calc, Web, Corro
• Understanding of Define Benefit domain and concept
• Interprets requirements to create/update system specification documents
• Adept at Verification and Validation activities for the software testing.
• Good understanding of implementation process and process model.
• Fair Knowledge of Workflow Management tools like JIRA
• Ability to write medium to complex SQL queries to retrieve, update, insert data.
• Clients, communications and reviews
• Ensuring compliance of all internal and client policies
• Create & maintain necessary projects documents
• Establish strong stakeholder relationships
• Ensure requirements traceability is managed and maintained throughout the project lifecycle

Communication

• Own communication on projects/client assigned: pro-actively inform project stakeholders about status of work, including development changes, scheduling, and quality goals.

What you need to have: 

• Minimum 2.5 years’ experience in relevant experience
• B.Tech / MCA/ B.Sc.(IT) / BCA from reputable institute in any stream

Knowledge & Skills:

• Domain & Tools :
  • Expert in Wealth (DB/DC) domain, Germany DB domain preferred.
  • Experienced on any wealth platforms
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry, particularly the Pension industry is desirable

• Detailed understanding of Implementation life cycles:
  • Analysis
    • Responsible for delivering all projects, scoping, prioritization and providing estimates to stakeholders
    • Should be expert with doing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and techniques
  • Testing :
    • Conducting tests and validations to ensure that the solutions meet the requirements and standards
    • Breakpoint analysis of High complexity requirements to create a detailed test plan and corresponding user stories.
  • Configuration:
    • Expert in Benefit calculation setup
    • Should be proficient in designing benefits calculations using CalcStudio
    • Well versed with System Integration concept
    • Experience delivering solution specification and analysis outcomes for configuration projects
    • Should be proficient in Debuging logic
  • Data :
    • Understanding of Data Load, Checks, Database concept
    • Understanding of SQL queries to write complex queries.
    • Basic knowledge of Python is preferred

• Project / Task Management:
  • Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Expert in using JIRA for day to day task management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including ability to multitask and work independently with minimum supervision to meet firm deadlines.
