Sr. Change Management Specialist

Global Sales & Services Operations (GSSO) is the team that helps shape Gartner's mission-critical sales priorities and works with sales & services leaders to drive tactical and analytical insights. As an associate on the GSSO team, you'll be at the forefront of the ongoing transformation of Gartner's sales force, which delivers approximately $4.9B in annual revenue and is working to drive sustained double-digit growth. You will partner with business leaders across Gartner to support a global sales force of more than 5,000 associates who sell to every major function, industry and market sector around the world.

About the Role:

As a Senior Specialist, Change Management within the Service Technology and Innovation team, you will serve as a core member of the Service Salesforce Business team. You will be responsible for executing organizational change management (OCM) approaches to drive adoption and behavior change related to Salesforce enhancements and ongoing transformation for the 2,500-person Global Service & Delivery (GS&D) organization.

This Global position will be based in Gurgaon, India and will create powerful opportunities to help our clients and our own organization stay ahead of change, deliver impact that matters, and transform complexity and disruption into lasting value.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Alignment & Execution: Execute change management strategies that directly support the Sales and Service Technology team 2026 Roadmap and lead change for key initiatives such as Recorded Call Intelligence, Pre Call Package, and AI Assistant.
  • Tactical Change Support: Support the development of effective, targeted change strategies at the initiative level, including project plans, impact assessments, and stakeholder analysis.
  • Innovative Deliverables: Drive a "Smarter, Not Harder" approach by leveraging AI tools to automate deliverables like asset creation and sentiment analysis to increase user engagement.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Support coordination with internal, cross-business unit stakeholders and collaborate with teams such as L&D, Communications, Product, and IT to ensure effective delivery of training and communications material.
  • Pilot & Lifecycle Management: Design and execute pilots with rigorous success criteria and coordinate all rollout activities, providing post-launch support based on user friction points.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on technology platforms to support users through live and written channels, such as "Open Office Hours".
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices that can be shared across Sales and Services to ensure consistent user experience and identify areas where proactive communication or training is lacking.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 - 4 years of experience in a client facing, Strategy & Ops or Organizational Change Management role.
  • Proven understanding of information technology and experience working in large-scale technology or CRM transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of OCM frameworks, including strategic communications, training design, and associate engagement programs.
  • Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to prioritize the most important projects to create business impact.
  • Strong relationship skills with the ability to influence decisions, gain consensus, and succeed in both team-based and independent environments.
  • Has the ability to Operate with Agility to anticipate needs, be responsive, and adapt to changing business requirements in a high-paced environment. Executing initiatives while operating under lean product principles and agile delivery frameworks.
  • Is able to interact with associates of varying tenures, managers, and senior leaders to understand and communicate change impact at all levels.
  • Utilize intellectual curiosity and creativity to navigate ambiguous problem statements through learning and questioning.
  • Should clearly articulate complex information into simple, concise summaries for a variety of audiences.
  • Able to capture user sentiment and feedback - the "Voice of Global Services Delivery”to support prioritization for continuous platform development.
  • Collaborative Partnership is key, is able to partner with L&D, Comms, and Business Ops to ensure the successful execution of end-to-end management strategies.
