What You'll Do:-

• Develop and update artwork and animation for video-based gaming projects.

• Focus on optimizing the content implementation pipeline to ensure flawless execution.

• Manage asset management, file organization, and output configuration with strict adherence to guidelines.

• Efficiently schedule and manage time, collaborating with agile development leaders to plan and complete work.

• Deliver assets punctually and according to specifications with outstanding attention to detail.

• Conduct peer reviews to ensure accuracy and quality of work.

• Document game processes as per business requirements.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to achieve the highest quality games possible.

• Follow studio management guidelines to manage and develop art assets supporting business needs.

• Innovate and bring new ideas to improve tools and processes.

What We're Looking For:-

• Bachelor’s degree, BFA, MFA, or equivalent work experience of 5+ years in a relevant field.

• Proven experience in 2D/3D gaming and game development.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe products, including After Effects and Photoshop.

• Ability to sketch or draw concepts and ideas; storyboarding skills are a plus.

• Knowledge of scripting languages to automate artist tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with global collaborators.

• Experience using asset control systems like Perforce.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies is beneficial.

• Strong focus on accuracy and capability to adhere to technical and regulatory requirements.

• Gaming experience is preferred.
