Inviting applications for the role of  Sr Manager -Data Analytics, FPnA. 
In this role, you are expected to be responsible for data analysis using different tool specialized in Python, SQL & Power BI . The individual must be an active contributor towards the overall objective of the project. We are looking for some one who should be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement.

Responsibilities:
Data Quality Architecture and Different Data Quality components and their role of use 
Schedule and resource management to include batching, resource alignment and training, etc. 
MIS management and regulatory reporting timelines management 
Ensure data quality and integrity 
Interpret and analyze data problems 
Conceive, plan and prioritize projects 
Visualize data and create reports

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Candidate must have a good understanding of data structures, data mapping, metadata and the role it plays, different types of data, common challenges associated with data, experience dealing with extracting data from e.g., legacy systems, concerting data formats, use of OCR to extract data, creating data artifacts, being able to draw a framework, create intelligent MI dashboards with usable data sets, etc. all working within an institutional banking environment.  
Ability to source business requirements, strong communication skills, and ability to independently engage with senior stakeholders to obtain endorsement  
Specific previous experience working with unstructured data, applying business rules to make sense of data, ability to present options, recommend solutions and ensure the right audit trail 
Technical skills with leading data tools in the industry as also MI tools are critical 
This is a hands-on role and will involve working with several different teams and business units.   
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or similar field 
Knowledge of data management and visualization techniques 
A knack for statistical analysis and predictive modeling 
Good knowledge of R, Python, and MATLAB or similar tools 
Strong organizational and leadership skills 
Excellent communication skills 
A business mindset 
Extensive experience of being associated with C-suite of financial services clients, across multiple segments like Institutional, commercial, retail, etc.  
Experience in consulting, client interfacing, and good interpersonal skills  
Language : Python & SQL.
Tools : Power BI.

Preferred skills: 
Have hands-on experience in development of models using statistical techniques
Good stakeholder management skills
Project management experience 
Must be articulate and confident to manage CXO and CXO-1 level conversations
