About this role 
Join our IT department as a Systems Engineer specializing in L2 and L2+ support for the force.com platform. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring system reliability, resolving complex technical issues and supporting seamless operations for our business users. 

What you’ll do 

• Deliver L2/L2+ technical production support for the force.com platform in a 24 x 
• 5 environment  
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents, assist team in root cause analysis 
• and support integrations  
• Instrumental with cross-functional teams, document solutions and assist in 
• driving process improvements  
• Awareness of performing minor code fixes and deploy changes will be a plus 

What you will need 

Experienced professional with 2+ relevant experiences in the force.com platform, understanding of key SFDC design. The candidate should have strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills along with high on ownership and accountability. 

        Must have:

• Proficient with Salesforce admin tools, data management, integration methods, Incident Management, ServiceNow and JIRA
• Awareness of handling escalated technical issues (L2/L2+)
• continuous and quick learning attitude
• Familiarity with Co-Pilot and GenAI tools
• Excellent communication skills; collaborative team player

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field required

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be familiar with systems scope and projects objectives to ensure design, build and test of a robust system

• Able to work independently or within a team proactively in a fast-paced AGILE-SCRUM environment.

• Strong desire to improve upon their skills in software development, frameworks, and technologies.
