As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of large and complex technology projects. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project scope and risk are effectively managed. You will drive profitability and success by overseeing service quality and cost, while also supporting sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to gather detailed requirements that apply across multiple teams / systems- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Professional & Technical Skills:- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SucessFactors Integrations Technical.
- Ability to convert requirements into Functional design documents, field mapping and transformation logic.
- Good understanding of SuccessFactors modules and data model, ability to view ODATA data model.
- Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with project management frameworks and tools.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and their integration with SAP SuccessFactors.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Techno Functional.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
