- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
- Strong understanding of performance management processes and goal-setting frameworks within enterprise environments.
- Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective technology solutions.
- Ability to design and implement best practice business changes using SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
