Technical Lead - Full Stack Developer (Node.js & React.js)

Job Description:-

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Tech Lead with strong expertise in Node.js backend development and solid experience in React.js frontend development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and leading the delivery of scalable enterprise applications, mentoring development teams, and driving engineering best practices. 
 

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance web applications using Node.js and React.js.
• Architect and implement complex enterprise systems that handle large-scale data processing and high transaction volumes.
• Drive backend development with a focus on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to developers, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
• Design and optimize APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Ensure application reliability through performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Lead cloud-native development initiatives leveraging Azure and/or AWS services.
• Drive DevOps and CI/CD adoption, including containerization and orchestration strategies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to release planning, estimation, and delivery management. 
   

Required Qualifications & Skills:-

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience, including experience leading development teams or technical initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and backend architecture.
• Good hands-on experience with React.js and its core principles, including component-based architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, and Azure Cosmos DB
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including deploying and managing containerized applications in production environments.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, system design, code refactoring, application security, and scalable architecture principles.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience managing client expectations and technical discussions.
